The Local Business Awards program is a 16 week campaign aligned with NSW Business Chamber and is completed in four stages.

Nominations – Businesses will be nominated by your customers or nominate your self for the appropriate award category or categories for your business.

Submissions – Once nominated answer a series of question allocated by NSW Business Chamber if an NSW aligned award or from Leeton Business Chamber if a local award and await to confirmation as a finalist.

Judging – Leeton Business Chamber invites external judges from a range of different industries and professions to read the submissions of categories in their field and decided the winner for each category.

Gala Awards Dinner – The 2024 awards dinner is set to be held on Saturday 17th August at the extraordinary Whitton Malt House.  With a menu meticulously crafted by the WHM Chef David to showcase regional specialties, including Riverina Beef, Aquna Murray Cod and SunRice rice varieties. Roll of Honour

Non Nominated Category

Since 2007, The Irrigator’s Roll of Honour award recognises contribution to the business and the community. It is the paper’s way of acknowledging the importance of business to the community, as well as the people who own and operate them.

Similar to a lifetime achievement award, The Irrigator Roll of Honour is not restricted to the past 12 months. It is not “judged”, but the recipient is selected because they exhibit what we see as a commitment to bettering not only their own business, but the business community in Leeton, as well as the town and shire as a whole.
